The Job:

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee assigned customers, serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. There is an opportunity for quick advancement for the right personality, skill set, and work ethic. We are growing quickly.

If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand marketing analytics, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to manage multiple projects at one time and report on marketing KPIs.

Responsibilities:  

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

 

Specific Skills:

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Confidence and a persuasive manner

Tight organizational and time management skills

Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets

Prepare reports on account status

Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Not Required but a MAJOR Bonus:

Experience in B2B, specifically in heavy industrial

As Content Specialist at SmithBrown Marketing, you will play a vital role in developing content, developing and executing PR strategies, and own all social media. There is an opportunity for quick advancement for the right personality, skill set, and work ethic. We are growing quickly.

This person is a proven writer and can adjust tone per client and medium. Experience building content calendars, message maps, and editorial calendars is a requirement. PR experience writing press releases, pitches, making pitch calls can be brief, but is required.

 

Responsibilities:

Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goalsCoordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases)Manage end-to-end digital projectsWork closely with web, SEO and PPC team to develop a strong presence for clients

Maintain a strong company voice through social media

Establish and maintain a scorecard and cadence to track progress and create insights that drive strategy.

 

Work Cross-Functionally With:

Project team to inform customers of updates and KPIs

Consultants to develop key messaging, marketing initiatives and a consistent progress reporting across all customer contact points

Outsourced resources to keep projects on track

 

Specific Skills

Required:

Social Media Monitoring Experience (Sprout, Hootsuite)

Wordpress savvy

Not Required but Appreciated:

Meltwater or Cision

SalesForce.com or another enterprise CRM tool (Microsoft/Hubspot)

Pardot or Marketo experience (certification preferred)

Google Analytics, Moz or KissMetrics familiar

AdRoll or Google Adwords
